The family she grew up with was Catholic and she grew up in the Upper East Side in Manhattan. The reason for this is that her parents put her into the Convent of the Sacred Heart the school of the elitist, religious type. Her love of music from the time she was a child she learned to play the piano and at thirteen she composed her very first song. The open mic night was her most loved. Her top singers were the Queen Michael Jackson Madonna and David Bowie. After completing high school, she attended the Tisch School of Art of New York University to study music. She didn't finish her education but she decided to leave in pursuit of the career path in music.
